The rooms were clean, comfortable, and air-conditioned with satellite TV. The hotel also had a small pool and friendly staff who gave us excellent tourism advice. We appreciated the practical location, which allowed us to walk to the beach in 10 minutes or catch buses to nearby areas with ease. we were pleased with the cleanliness, facilities, transportation, location, and staff.

This spot is a great starting point for checking out local attractions. We really enjoyed our time here, but had some issues with low water pressure, which was a bit inconvenient. the staff were friendly and always had a smile on their faces. 😊

Had a good time, staff was friendly and supportive. The bed and pillows were comfy, and the room was clean. Good value for money hotel, simple yet delicious breakfast, good supply and quality for the cost. The pool was decent, and the location near a grocery store was convenient.
The hotel felt empty and lacked a cozy atmosphere, with no other guests to mingle that may have contributed to the eerie feeling. The water pressure in the shower was nonexistent or nearly so, with some ants in the bathroom.

The hotel had a decent pool and the staff were friendly. Plus, it was located close to the beach and the shopping center. the rooms were also clean and tidy.
the Wi-Fi was spotty and often cut out, which was frustrating since I needed it to stay in touch with family over New Year's.

The air conditioning in our room at Vina Del Mar was a lifesaver, especially since it was blowing directly on the comfortable bed. Despite a few ants in the bathroom, the cleanliness of the apartment was mostly excellent. The nearby grocery store was convenient for stocking up on essentials. The staff was friendly and provided helpful recommendations.
